The official embroidered patch for the SpaceX Crew 2 mission.
The Crew-2 mission launched from the Kennedy Space Center in April 2021 aboard the second operational Crew Dragon capsule.
Aboard Crew Dragon Endeavour were mission commander Shane Kimbrough, pilot Megan McArthur, Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency mission specialist Akihiko Hoshide and European Space Agency mission specialist Thomas Pesquet.
According to the crew, the determined expression of the Dragon in the Crew Dragon Crew-2 mission patch reflects the strength of the team and their contribution to the exploration of space. The five large stars represents the five partner space agencies cooperating in the International Space Station Program - the Canadian Space Agency, the European Space Agency, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Roscosmos.
Measures approx. 10 cm (4-inches) across.
